Global Variables

A variable commonly used across Flows and Journeys to avoid data duplication. Modifications to global variables are applied globally.

Creating Global Variable

1. Click on Global Variables left menu.

The Global Variables popup screen appears as shown below

Use the search function to filter certain Global Variables.

2. Click Create.

3. Enter Name and Description.

4. Select the Type form the dropdown.

5. Enter Value.

6. Click Save.

On saving, the confirmation message appears as shown below.

Editing Global Variable

1. Click Edit.

The Edit screen appears as shown below

2. Edit the enabled fields.

3. Click Update.

On updating, the confirmation message appears as shown below.

Deleting Global Variables

1. Click Delete.

The popup screen appears as shown below

On deleting, the confirmation message appears as shown below.
